This Privacy Policy applies to Extended DISC® Solutions operated by INFOSERV Learning Management System Limited and INFOSERV People Tech Solutions. When you contact us requesting a demo of our service, ask us questions regarding services we will ask you for information such as your name, phone number, company and email address.

Extended DISC® collects information under the direction of its Clients, and has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes.
We collect information for our Clients. If you are a customer of one of our Clients and would no longer like to be contacted by one of our Clients that use our service, please contact the client that you interact with directly.
Extended DISC® has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal data it processes. An individual who seeks access, or who seeks to correct, amend, or delete inaccurate data should direct his query to the Extended DISC®’s Client (the data controller). If the Client requests Extended DISC® to remove the data, we will respond to their request within a reasonable timeframe.
